This bank & manager has the worst customer service. The bank is supposed to be "business friendly" all they do is charge fees upon fees. When I go in to the branch to speak to the manager he is condescending and not helpful, and basically blaming me for any issue I would like to resolve. Save yourself a headache and do business at another bank.
