Great doctor. Very patient with me - answered all of my questions. Did not feel rushed at all and his staff was incredible as well.
At eyeglass appointment requested Restasis renewal. Left without securing it. Called and emailed without a response. Finally connected through another source. Told by him he did not prescribe that medication and that I would need to see an opthalmologist. When pressured he said he would prescribe it but I would need another appointment to ensure no eye infection and that I would have to pay an additional appointment charge. Seemingly, he was not that concerned about my expressed chronic dry eye condition.
I initially started going to Dr. Comerford because I started purchasing my contacts at Costco. I think I was a walk-in the first time, and shopped around Costco with dilated eyes - LOL. I was completely surprised that his eye exams (and advice) were the best I had ever had over the past 15+ years. And it says a lot that I drive over an hour each way to specifically see him. It also helps that he is friendly and pleasant to be around.
He gets offensive and rude when he has to see a patient shortly again after an exam because something isn’t quite right with the glasses and contact RXs.
Dr. Comerford is very nice and thorough. He answered all my questions and understood my situation. Even though the office is in Costco, the actual eye exam is in a private and quiet room.

Dr. Comerford takes the time to answer questions. I had an issue with my contacts, he saw me right away and took care of the issue and follow up to check to make sure it was resolved.
