Cannot be happier with the service that was provided to us by Comer! Caden & Sawyer were great techs and extremely knowledgeable and did a phenomenal job. Alyssa at the office went above and beyond to get someone out to us and answered all my questions. Highly recommended and will use Comer for anything else in the future.

I've used them for installation and repair for the past 10+ years and have no complaints. They work hard and show up when they say they will and always charge a fair price. They are my first and only call when my heat or A/C goes out.

It’s great to know you’re dealing with an honest company like Comer that always goes above and beyond to take care of customers. In particular, Devon came to our house today to check the AC unit in preparation for warmer weather. He explained everything so well and did a ton of extra work to make sure we were set for summer. It’s hard to find people like Devon and Comer that just always go the extra mile. I highly recommend everyone set up a bi-annual cleaning to extend the life of your unit(s).

An existing system (20+ years) was replaced. The replacement included a new programmable thermostat, which had an automatic mode. The automatic mode was not showing as an option. I talked to a tech (Kyle) and he walked me thru the process of adding the automatic option to the thermostat. I have used both the heating and cooling of the new system.

Called Comer on a hot Friday morning with a/c out. Due to weather were booked til Monday afternoon, but put on list for cancellation. Called back before noon Friday and Kyle was at townhouse and done before 1:00pm. Great friendly service. Cool again.
