The restaurant was started in 1968 by Magdaleno Snchez and is now run by daughters Teresa Snchez Hiller, Maria Snchez Gortrez as well as son Antonio Snchez. When their father opened the restaurant over 35 years ago, they had a four-person team but have now grown to an operation of more than 50 associates.
