This is not specific to this location, this is ALL com ed services and how they handle emergencies. Recently 6/10/26 Chicago area had storms that had power lines and trees on power lines knocked down. Our power lines were knocked down by a tree blocking all residents cars inside lot. Com ed had us waiting for 27 hours before being able to even come out to the location to assess damages, then cut the power lines without notifying anyone. Awesome guys at receiving department , truckers be aware , use 1600 S 1st Ave, Maywood, IL 60153 instead the adress for the facility , the entrance for shipping and receiving is right across the stteet
