Helpful, friendly, reasonable, and reliable. I visited a number of other jewelry “companies” in Joplin and visited Comeau a number of times, before committing to a custom piece produced by Comeau. By far, Comeau offered the most helpful and friendly service. And based on the other quotes I received, I felt very comfortable with Comeau’s quote. Then, they fully delivered on what they promised, and in fact, I felt they went above and beyond to provide me exactly what I wanted.

This company is the best! I bent my ring, a diamond fell out and they fixed it in under an hour and charged me a minimal fee to fix that. they also cleaned my other jewelry as a bonus. They are trustworthy and do great work. Highly recommend!
