After spending an hour and a half on the phone, my internet still is not working! Customer service is horrendous and they have people in the Philippines doing their customer service! They take jobs away from Americans and provide little to no service and pay people a pittance for working for them. It is sad that we don't have a choice for our cable service - Comcast is basically holding us hostage.

Comcast is horrible the internet is the worst service I have ever encountered my cell says i have WiFi and I don't this also happened to two different technicians they are a waste of time they don't want to help and to file complaints with the FCC then I refused to pay for service I don't have and they told me they can only Help if I pay the bill such a complete waste of money ever had a problem with verizon this is horrible service horrible let Customer service let's ban together to put them out of business
