Moved to an area where Comcast isn’t offered was told I would not be charged early termination fee and was charged anyways and the representative was nasty on the phone even when it was noted in my account no fee would be charged
How are your customers names showing up on the FCC commentary on Net Neutrality when they never commented? Comcast is fucking scum and I can't wait for the oligopoly to be broken so I can tell them to go fuck themselves.
For the last few weeks, I have been experiencing frequent internet connectivity issues. I was told the on the first call that they upgraded the system and it should be working better, second call no help. When is the company going to share what they are doing and whether they are fixing it?

Wish I could go lower than 1 star. Forgot to pay bill and they shut off. Ok. I paid bill next day. Amount they told me for reconnect. Come to find out they did hard disconnect on first time missing payment. WTF. Spent 4 hours and 6 people and got disconnected twice to get resolved. It was all because no one could figure out why hard disconnect was done. They screwed up and I spend 4 hours on phone. No sorry no nothing. Can't wait for Westfield to have completed Whip city fiber. I will be telling Comcast to go suck a lemon!!
Worst service I've ever had. Wifi service cuts out all the time, and don't bother paying for the better service because you won't get what you pay for.
After waiting on the phone for 45 minutes, the guy never apologized, but said he would be able to give me a better deal over the phone compared to online. He THEN tried charging me $10.00 more than the price was online! Guy was miserable and unprofessional, on top of it. You'd think they'd want our business. What a joke. I have heard nothing but complaints about comcast from all my friends and family. If there was another option in my area, I would totally take it.
