Improve the attitude of those behind the front desk and when someone comes in a little early because they are in serious need of care, DON'T just go make them wait outside.
I really wish that the only two times I have ever needed your services at ComCare (within the past 3 months) … that you had been able to help me at all. The first time was about 2 and ½ months ago. I was in crisis and the other person could hear that I was not doing well. My fiance and i came in around 2 PM on a Friday afternoon. After filling out the paperwork we were told that only one of us could be seen that day. We were there way before you closed for the day so therefore we should have both been able to be seen that day by Comcare.
Wont let you schedule an appointment. Sorry but your complaint of not letting me schedule an appointment was "because we had too many cancellations" then you're probably in the wrong business. Look at my record. Not a single cancellation nor late arrival.
Great place to get help when needed. It may not always be the help you think you need, but that's why trained professional therapists are on staff 24/7. They understand when no one else does. Reading bad ratings from others? Most people that need this type of help, don't always want to change and are often sent here by police. In the long run, Comcare can save your life!
