They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They are an absolute expert in the field.
