Matt was referred to me by a friend and seconded by my realtor. He was extremely thorough in pointing out all issues even if it were a minor detail. The price was very reasonable considering the time and attention he gave to a house that had been a foreclosure. Matt was extremely easy to communicate with and answer any question I had regarding the house. He gave many recommendations that were extremely helpful that I would have never thought of myself. Would definitely recommend!

Matt was very thorough and detailed while performing my home inspection! He took his time to make sure he inspected everything very accurately. When completed, he emailed a very convenient and thorough report, explaining everything that took place during the inspection, and his findings. He makes the process easy on the customer!
I would give Matt more than 5 stars if I could. Couldn't be happier with how the entire process went. This was my first experience with a home inspector and I was blown away by Matt's knowledge, professionalism, and people skills. Matt took the time to answer all of my questions and never spoke to me like I was inconveniencing him. I initially went with Matt because of his price but in hindsight, knowing how great it all was, I would have paid double. Thanks again Matt!
