The only reason I couldn't got for a 5 is that, after all, it IS the dentist's office. ALL the personnel get a 5, tho - and so does the patient...the people are GREAT! That iscludes the dentist himself. It' just the office that gets a .5 deduction!

I was pleased with the way Jan handled my first visit. She began with getting me relaxed and conversation. Also have to say I loved the view out the window. I love nature. Things were clean and orderly. Was a pleasure to meet Dr Combs. Receptionist greeted me with warmth and professional manner. Very pleased with your office totally. I am sure I will refer others.
Very good as usual. Jan and I have a few things in common which makes very enjoyable to go to the dentist and DR Combs is very polite as he always is.
Esther was wonderful as usual. Mary, at the desk is always a cheerful welcome.
I love the email and text reminders! I completely forgot to take my antibiotic beforehand (TKR), and the email reminder allowed me to call and get the prescription arranged and picked up the day before. The hygienist I had is thorough and professional and friendly. The Dr. is also pleasant and professional. So far, have not needed anything but cleaning and x-rays, thank goodness.
