The custmer service us poor. Unexistance we have been waiting 6 months for a copy of our policy and a claim to go threw. You cant speak to anyone they "dont have time" " they will mail it" 6 months later 6 promises to mail it later nothing this company sucks
Charged me for insurance I never approved. Put my bank into an over draft . Hungup on me when I called to sort the whole thing out.
