On March 24, 2023 I was in this lab for blood tests. The procedure was not performed. I was attended by the employee Susan who had already debited 70 dollars on my debit card. As the exam was not done; she had to refund the card. She didn't know how to use the machine; she had to ask for help. After apparently getting it, she told me that in a few days the return would be done. This refund has not been made as of today, April 27th.
