1st. Picked up my rental from Enterprise with an expired state inspection sticker, they didn’t care. 2nd. When it was time to pick up my car, the receptionist pointed outside and stated, it’s out there? NO ONE from the collision center reviewed any of the work with me, zero explanation. She stated, “your deductible is,… here’s your keys & there’s your car.” Too many other Collision Centers / choices than to go back to Colussy Chevrolet. Maybe it was raining outside?
Highly recommend. The mechanic was very communicative and explained everything to me clearly. He kept me updated and informed. The front desk staff was friendly and kind. My car looked brand new - it was cleaned inside and out. I was very impressed. They made my day!
