I had a bad locking mechanism on the sliding door of my Chevy van. I made an appointment to get an estimate to have it repaired. This place did an amazing Job! I have been in this industry for 20 years and I am extremely impressed with the work they did. Jeff my Estimator was great he communicated throughout the whole process, and the minor issue I had from a defective part he took care of immediately. Also shout out to the body men and and painter. The bodywork was extremely clean and the paint a perfect color match! Although I work at a competitor. I am extremely impressed with my experience at this shop! Keep up the great work! And Thank You!
1st. Picked up my rental from Enterprise with an expired state inspection sticker, they didn’t care. 2nd. When it was time to pick up my car, the receptionist pointed outside and stated, it’s out there? NO ONE from the collision center reviewed any of the work with me, zero explanation. She stated, “your deductible is,… here’s your keys & there’s your car.” Too many other Collision Centers / choices than to go back to Colussy Chevrolet. Maybe it was raining outside?
