I moved in on August 31 and since then it's been an emotional roller coaster. There is trash in every building, people don't seem to respect where they live in and every weekend seems like people forget where the trash dumpsters are. When i apply I assign my self one unit but they said that one was not ready so they offered another one. Worst apartment complex ever! They have rats all over their dumpster site! Which matches every leasing agent employee’s attitude and personality! They switch property management every 2 weeks! The maintenance man’s does not fix anything in the units all they do is paint over all the damages and DIRT! They come up with a verbal agreement then take you to court and make it seem like you never tried to contact them or speak to anyone in charge because of course every other week it’s a new “ MANAGER “ that is clueless and knows ... read more
If u like living in fear for ur life&enjoy being so absolutely infested w/coach roaches or you enjoy living in a place that is obviously not up to code with the wiring, or you love being forced to be hyper independent in your lease in that no one gives a flying fyck about any issues you may have like water pouring from the ceiling light fixtures, electrical fires, no heat in 27 degree weather, no hot water for 1.5 weeks,&having to be a Karen b4 it gets looked at- this is the place for you!
