Love it here! Apartments are very well maintained. When people visit me they ask if this place is new. Everything is well kept from the landscaping, tennis court, pool, gym and apartments! The office and maintenance staff is so considerate and professional. Office staff is great about keeping me notified of all activities that may affect my living area. They also carry monthly community events.
Moved in to my apartment at the end of July. So happy I made the choice to live here. Beautiful community, surrounded by nature & protected FL wetlands. Staff very professional & efficient.
Just moved in and this place is amazing! Apartment was clean and ready on move in. Everyone I have met has been very friendly and talkative! Glad we chose this as our home!
Been here for a little over 5 years . Never had a problem, maintenance staff is top notch , office staff is very helpful in many ways, the grounds and pool are always clean, neighbors are friendly. What more can you want
this place sucks. Apartments are nice but gates have been broke for a week and most of the time they are so slow anyone can come in. Rash of thefts going on now from bikes to jet skis. For the money they want you get nothing in the way of safety.
