Been trying to call for about a couple of weeks because I couldn't remember my appointment date . No one will answer
Can't really recommend a place where you call to make an appointment are greeted with rudeness and not being able to provide the basic needs of customer service. Had to call 5 times just to get an answer on just submitting a sample, only to find out that they don't provide it. Honestly, Columbus claims to be the friendly city, but all I have encountered since moving here is people who don't care to do their job, complain when they mess things up, or just don't understand human decency. Do better, Columbus.
Great staff. Dr. Barrett took care of everything I needed. He answered all of my questions and concerns. UPDATE: It is now 2024 and I am still seeing Dr. Barrett for all of my follow-ups. I have no desire to see anyone else. Highly recommend!
