What a joke. I'm a retired ER RN, and this place, with their "tele-doc," is a joke. My wife was seen on 8/20/24 and was ill with a cough, headache, and fever. The doc-in-a-box determined she had a sinus infection. You don't diagnose anyone without an examination or lab tests based on a 2 minute visit over an I-pad? She was seen today, 8/22/24, by her PCP for a follow-up and diagnosed with COVID-19. This negligent practice is unacceptable. Avoid this "urgent care" and take the time to go to a real doctor or clinic.
Muy buen servicio, sobre todo muy agradecido con las muchachas porque hablan español y me entendieron. Les recomiendo esta clínica, tienen precios muy accesibles.
Definitely my go to clinic!! The girls at the front desk are always very nice and caring. I went in and didn’t take very long before I was attended and taken care of.
They don’t have a long wait time, Amazing staff! You can really tell their priority is the wellness of the patient. I will definitely be coming back 10/10 recommend!!
