My mom had an appointment there yesterday and it's honestly the worst experience she has ever had. When we got there we had to wait 20 minutes outside (we rely on medical transportation) because they was having a meeting. There is no where to sit outside so my mom was in pain the whole time. When we did get inside the lady working the front desk had a attitude. Then when we finally get to the back the doctor took almost 30 minutes to come into the room. Excellent doctor's
Long story. I sent a message via MyChart yesterday asking if the endocrinologist could resubmit a PA because I was told by the pharmacy that my family dr had sent one for the same medication and that cancelled out the one the endocrinologist had sent which was showing approved on my CVS app. The app was showing the one the endocrinologist had sent was approved but we hadn't realized that and my family dr sent in another request because we've been trying to get this approved for over a month. Dr was very nice. The MA....not so much. Very rude guy. Could work on people skills and how to converse without seeming condescending. I see why it's 1.8 stars.
The staff is a little rude and the doctor puts you down in the way she comes off about your health and if your still learning diabetes and how to handle it best for you.. it’s basically like being sent to the principals office
