If I could give this place a zero, I would. The doctor was incredibly rude, and I can second that she rolls her eyes and looks like she wants to be anywhere except there. And this was after we were forced to wait an hour for her to finish (and potentially partially digest since it took that long) her lunch. If you are looking for someone who actually cares and understands what you are going through, look outside of Columbus.
Diabetes Doctor talks down to you and is rude and the staff is also rude. Just because you have to go to a Diabetes doctor does not mean you have to go to her. That is why I'm going to see another Doctor. I would go outside of Columbus then go back to see her.
My mom had an appointment there yesterday and it's honestly the worst experience she has ever had. When we got there we had to wait 20 minutes outside (we rely on medical transportation) because they was having a meeting. There is no where to sit outside so my mom was in pain the whole time. When we did get inside the lady working the front desk had a attitude. Then when we finally get to the back the doctor took almost 30 minutes to come into the room.
