All online communication on the CRH website for COVID Testing points patients to Prompt Med. I took my son to Prompt Med yesterday with exposure to COVID and several symptoms. My son was DENIED a COVID test because he didn’t currently have a fever. Maybe stop worrying so much about vaccines and worry about the individuals STILL affected by COVID. It sickens me that my son was denied a test. CRH and Prompt Med are awful providers.

If you are needing to go to the ER. I would not go to Columbus Regional. I have had several issues going there. 1. Went for problem with my right ankle several times. It hurt to move it. They kept telling me it was a strain. On one visit a nurse roughly moved it and when I cried out in pain she very rudely said seriously the pain isn't that bad your just faking it. After that i was referred to columbus foot and ankle and then had surgery on a torn tendon in my ankle. 2. Was at work and I moved a certain way and felt and hear... read more

Very unprofessional! The hospital does not communicate well with families during any type of procedure. The hospital lacks respect when it comes to the families who have loved ones in their care. I personally would not take a family member to the specific hospital, I also would not have any type of procedure at this hospital.

I recently had outpatient surgery performed by Dr Mike Dorenbusch, and I am very pleased with the end results . He was very personable, and had a great sense of humor during my procedure . A doctor with a great bedside manner is amicable . Thank you Dr Dorenbusch , and the wonderful nurses in the operating room at CRH .

my family member was on the 7th floor for rehabilitation after a stroke..if your loved one cant fully communicate for themself and use a call light it is the policy of this so called highly recommended place to leave their patients completely naked from the waist down and on one thin paper pad! staff doesn't want to use depends or briefs..This is totally unacceptable! other patients are wheeling themselves around and can see your loved one in this compromising position because they did not pull the curtains! the Dr over the ... read more

Dr Adam Golas and his staff was awesome & very professional! I had some pain in my abdomen which we suspected it was hernias. Dr. Adam Golas had to do exploratory surgery to find out what was going on. While he was doing surgery on me he located several hernias and took his time (4hrs) repairing them. He even called me on his personal cell phone to check on me a day after my surgery. I definitely wasn't use to that! Out of a five star rating, I would give him and his staff ***** five stars!

Business response:

Thank you for this wonderful feedback and the opportunity to care for you! We will be sure to let Dr. Golas and the other staff mentioned know. Wishing you continued good health and safety.

My experience for outpatient surgery was exceptional. Connie checked me in and started my IV and surgery prep. The surgical and recovery staff was great made sure I was comfortable at all times and very professional. Then I was up on 5 tower and had Amy as my nurse and Jocelyn ( sorry if spelled wrong) as my Tech they were very efficient and attentive.Dietary made sure I got food in a timely manner. I was in and out in a timely manner but not rushed. As a fellow healthcare provider not wanting to be on the “patient” side of th... read more

I brought my daughter in for an asthma attack and had my younger son with me as we do not live in the area. They asked if I had someone to come get my son and I told them no we are from out of town. She kept asking if I had someone to get my son and I kept saying no we are from out of town, like over an hour away. They were more concerned about the extra kid I had with me than the child having an asthma attack. We left and went to Seymour to be treated. they had no issue with me having my son with us and got my daughter trea... read more
