Left my two year old in an exam chair with lights shining on him. Then, blamed me for his melt down. He has since gotten treated without being put to sleep. Which is what the dentist recommended here.
The staff is very friendly and help to keep the kids calm and for them to have a positive experience.
We used to go to Steinmetz and made the switch 2 years ago. I am SO GLAD we did! I absolutely adore this doctor. I have 3 boys all under 10 yrs old. My youngest had 2 emergencies and she handled it very punctual and perfectly. We won't be going anywhere else. Love Columbus Pediatric! I can not give enough praise to Dr. Hailey Pavlov and her staff!
