Dr. Charles Hickey, MD is a caring man who goes the extra mile to ensure optimal vision for his patients.
The Drs and staff treat me like gold! Dr. Mchale has been treating my somewhat challenging eye issues for quite some time and I'm in the office a lot! The staff even helped while I was out of state with an issue. I am seen in the East office, they're just great!

The doctor I saw was great. But for some reason the billing staff dropped the ball on my referral, which my insurance requires and my PCP sent. Spoke with Karen in the billing department and she was COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL. Instead of trying to get the issue resolved and working with me and my insurance provider, Karen chose to pass the buck and blame others for my insurance company not paying.
