My name is edwin dodd I went to columbus orthopedics in columbus ms trying to get help with pain in shoulder. Was told had buercidus in shoulder. Ended up getting shot in shoulder. Which didnt help. Done a mri test was told by dr linton I had I bulging disk. Arranged to go to columbus orthopedics out patient next door. Received epidural shot in spine.
