Terrible experience. Couldnt get in touch with the nurse for over week. Pulling teeth to get paperwork or communication. They will charge you like you’re actually paying for a service though. Brilliant for making money , catastrophic for maintaining customers. Never again. With so many other options , why would you go here.
The whole facility is horrible. Always understaffed. The OBGYN couldn’t even schedule me in to deliver my baby because it wasn’t a priority to them. I got scheduled into the hospital and sent back home twice because there was no body to deliver my baby. Elhemady told me my baby would be fine until they could find the time to deliver me. I refused to wait and by the time I got the proper medical attention my babies heart was stopping. I’m extremely disappointed with this clinic. No matter what time of day I call, no one ever answers the phone. I’ve left voicemails, waited on hold for far too long, and even tried calling on different days—same result every time. When you need medical help or have questions, being ignored is the last thing you want. This level of unresponsiveness is completely unacceptable.
I have been a patient of Dr Neisner's for 24 years and he has always worked me when my asthma was flaring up. I have always felt like my care was important and had never felt brushed off. But not this time. It seems they have started taking on more patients than what they can handle. 2 week wait for an appointments. Front staff at reception is beyond rude and often hangs up on patients when trying to make an appointment. Appointments are often months away and then the doctor cancels. Just for no other doctor to see you and you'll have to wait weeks or even months to be seen. All these renovations and yet, we still can't be seen.
