Idiocy alert: They tell you in their patient portal messages that you can fill out your "clip board" and have it ready for the appointment. You spend 20 minutes completing it. You get to the appointment and they hand you a clip board. You tell them you completed it online. They say "it's a new system, we can't access that information". Before that i tried making the appointment online and never got a response. I finally had to call, (you know, the old method). you can't make it up.
