Sept. 2020 Light and water workers came down and half did their job. I have branches entangled in the light wire hanging over my building. I’ve Been calling and complaining since April of 2020.
The customer service line is really lacking in the customer service part. I called to find out what I need to do to cancel my account since I’m moving and I quote I said “hi I’m moving and need to cancel my account by August 1st and wanted to know what all I needed to do or what to bring “. The service rep said “we can’t do that over phone” and completely disregarded everything I said and was very rude. I’m glad we no longer have to deal with them.
I understand a lot of power is out but I called at 1045 am right when the storm hit because a transformer blew. I finally had to go to my car in the rain to charge my phone. Actually it was almost dark before they showed up. I called three times. Finally a nice guy called me back and they showed up a few minutes later. I appreciate them working in the rain but we shouldn’t have had to wait that long.
It's Mother's Day and the transformer blew around 7 a.m. and it is after 11 a.m. and no power yet...Really????? Then I get an automatic call saying service had been restored... I want to know when it was restored...
I have lived in Columbus since 1974 and have NEVER had a complaint, unlike some other posters. I don't get into the politics, all I care about is service and it has always been exemplary. I do wonder why there have been short power outages twice at night in the last week.
Customer service is terrible. Management is a joke. A lot of money is wasted on systems that don't work and consultants who aren't listened to unless they recommend what management wants.
Great Service by Gary Box, Travis Walker and Tim Roberts in replacing my Grinder Pump in my Sewage System yesterday. Outstanding customer service. Many Thanks
