If you can afford to not do business with this company, do not do it. Hunt says they would like for you to be a valued tenant and customer; yet, the service provided at this location is anything but that. Most of the individuals in the office are rude and they fire the good maintenance workers for doing a good job. I have had conversations with multiple maintenance workers who were in the process of being let go for this. I was charged for something I did not agree with.
