The dentist office has always terrified me due to the “nails on the chalkboard” sound but my experience here has truly been 10/10. From scheduling made easy with Kristin, who is truly the best!! To the Doctor, customizing every treatment plan and listening to patient concerns. To the dental hygienist, who let me wear my headphones during the cleaning & was quick and not painful at all. I had a great experience at Columbus Family Dentistry. Even though my visit was mostly X‑rays, the staff treated me with patience and kindness. I have a strong gag reflex, and the last few back images were tough, but the X‑ray technician worked with me calmly and never rushed. The doctor stepped in to check on us and suggested taking a break with cool water, which made all the difference. Their teamwork and compassion turned a difficult moment into a successful one. I appreciate the whole team.
The staff is friendly and awesome starting with front office clerk, dental assistant and dental hygienist. I definitely recommend them for all your dental needs.
If I could give 10 starts I would. The staff are very polite, humorous and helpful. Every visit I’ve had with them has been a great visit, I leave with a smile on my face, even when it’s numb 😅. The doctors are very skilled and efficient. I have NO complaints at all. 10/10
This is the best Dentist Office in town. The ladies in the front are truly so amazing. They go above and beyond and helped rescue me From an awful dentist experience somewhere else here in town! Thank you, doctor and staff I found my forever Dentist!
