Terrible experience. Have used them in years past with absolutely no problem but will never return again. Had to have them remake my lenses twice and still not right. Now my insurance has been used up for the year and new frames purchased but still using my old glasses. Was told to “check my sugar level” because it can cause issues. And after the first remake, called and asked to make an appt with the doc and Donna told me she would have to talk to him first because they had already remade my glasses once. Great place. Good and friendly staff. The doctor is very knowledgeable about your vision. The lady who also helps you pick out your frames is awesome would definitely be going back.

Dr. Tate was wonderful. Two hours for an appt and a staff member who knew nothing about the different lenses, quality, or why they cost as much as they do ruined any chance of a good experience for me. She kept repeating that obviously the higher price means better quality. The other staff member seemed very well versed in the products sold but was working with another client.
