Dr Knight Isaly is a really professional Dr. Her office staff are professional and very nice. I like everyone that works at her office.

The staff had an attitude which I did not appreciate. It took 2 hours to get in and out of there which was ridiculous for a chiropractor visit. Should have been an hour, tops. The doctor saw me and tried to tell me nothing seemed wrong, and did not adjust my back like I had asked and gone into the office for. They simply placed a vibration mechanism on my back, and told me to do some stretches and come back another day. I will not be returning to this office, and I would advise others to find a different chiropractor.

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Not really, it wasn't very clean Did this chiropractor explain your treatment method before performing your adjustment? Yes Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes Are you going to visit this provider again? Maybe Was the temperature in the office acceptable to you? Ok

Dr. Kight is excellent!! The staff is also very friendly. Their office isn't in a great neighborhood and isn't overly fancy inside, but finding a doctor that I feel I can trust is the highest priority to me. She is extremely personable and is able to thoroughly explain the spine alignment, etc. in terms you can understand without sounding condescending.

Absolutely yes Was the music playing while you waited or during your visit pleasant to you? Yes Were handicap accommodations well done? Yes

Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment? Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed. Did this chiropractor pressure you to return for unnecessary follow-ups? Not at all! They always respect my decisions. Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment?
