The very best in bike rental and the Alcatraz tour was excellent. The bikes are comfortable, the staff is professional, friendly. Each bike is fitted to you for the best experience.
Great bike rental and amazing customer service. On our way back to SF the ferry in Tiburon was on repair. No bus, sunset coming and kiddies exhausted after a 26 km ride. Someone came by car and drove us back to SF. Thanks again ! Very happy clients.

This rental was complete unsatisfying!!! They took our bikes off without leaving any note and we still had 14h of rental time open! Had to do a police report and were without bikes to go home. No service or credit note on next day after informing them! An employee just took them away and we paid full 24h price for a 10h rental!!! I would never recommend this company to anyone!!! Never saw such a bad customer service. They do not react to any of my mails!!! Really a mess!!!
