I ordered 18 cupcakes last week for Friday pickup. I was never told on the phone that the extra 6 after the dozen would be almost as much as another dozen. The lady that checked me out told me they should have told me on the phone when I ordered but offered no solution when I told her they did not. The cupcakes did not look the way I wanted them to.
