Absolutely horrible! They do not care about the patient or their loved ones. Neglected and not listened to. There is only 1 nurse that cared and did what he could to make my boyfriend comfortable. After total mistreatment now they realize almost 12 hours later that he needs more extensive treatment. Lifeflight to Austin. Update: We spent a month in the hospital in Austin. They told me I just had a migraine when I went in with severe headache, pain radiating down my spine, nausea abdominal pain and confusion. My throat was tender at the time, today its highly inflamed and dripping pus from tonsils.

I've come here twice only to be laughed at and accused of faking a condition by doctors. The second time (and last) I came here I was forgotten for two hours in the room awaiting discharge because, and I was told by one of the nurses, that the Doctor did not sign off that he spoke with me about my results. They were coming to re-check all my vitals again. They did not check my temperature upon arrival, instead just doses me up intravenously with painkillers and a nausea med. I waited a very long time before I chose to post a review. Had to take elderly family member here twice last year, both for health issues. Sent home first time saying nothing was wrong. The second time, the patient went under their drs orders as Dr indicated the patient needed to go to ER right away), they were gonna send the patient home again, saying "nothing" was wrong.
