I went there today and I appreciated the nice service. I felt better after going there . Thank you!
Had a 1pm appointment and was told to arrive 15 min early to fill out paperwork. Registered in the lower level and waited about 30 min. When finally called, I was sent to another floor because they were running behind schedule. 15 min later and I still have not been called as yet. This wait time is unacceptable and judging from the other reviews it seems to be consistent.
Staff is supper friendly Technician was AMAZING I went in for a shoulder MRI and I was in and out In 40 minutes.
I was absolutely stunn when the radiologist did a step by step when performing my procedure. It is very rare when you get a professional who actually takes the time and patience to explain everything that is being done. I am old school and Drs back in the day did this kind of thing. The nurse explain the procedure in great detail also. ... Kudos.Thank you for being professional as well as patient.
The staff was knowledgeable & very courteous and the facility was very clean; however, the wait time is almost intolerable. 90+ minutes past a scheduled appointment is very diasappoting.
It was too long of a wait. Employees called out sick and there was a 1 hour delay.
This place is very unorganized. I have been calling for a week to get a simple procedure. The receptionist Diane is wonderful she was kind and professional. It's really upsetting to see that they perform this procedure on their website yet no one has any idea who or where it is performed. After calling for days I was finally given an answer that they are currently not performing this procedure. How does that make sense?
