RecommendedI have the best Radiologist, Dr. Bradley Handler. Very high tech facility.
Had mammogram , digital breast scan and kidney scan on 3/23, received bill. Receptionist told me that digital scan was “free” when I booked appointment. I was charged $250 for this “free” scan. Mammogram is $296. I called this morning and receptionist Patricia told me that cost of digital scan is included in $296.fee. Billing department disagrees. So incompetent! This is following incorrect prep instructions that caused be to be in pain for 2 hours the day of tests. Looking for a state agency to report them.
It is ridiculous to arrive at 9:45 am for a 10 o’clock appointment and be seen at 10:40!!!! They are more than a 1/2 hour behind at 10 in the morning Can’t imagine what goes on later in the day!

I waited over an hour and half. No one ever said anything and when I asked they kept saying I was next. I got so angry that I couldn't take the MRI. The manager basically told me if you don't want to wait come at 7 in the morning. Go somewhere else!
