We love seeing Mrs. Krystal Murray! She is a great provider for our children. The front desk/office personnel is NOT so great. I requested an appointment one day, checked my child out of school only to get there for them to tell me my appointment was for the next day. There was no apology just excuses and frustration because a mistake was made on their part. A little courtesy goes far when you are dealing with the public.
