RecommendedDr.shah and his staff is the best
Their receptionist/call center need to be trained on how to handle calls. When someone calls to cancel an appointment, your response to the caller should not be “yes, we have already canceled them because he is dead”. A little sensitivity can go a long way. Losing a loved one is hard enough without having to deal with insensitive, incompetent people!

I have worked for these doctors and I am a patient as well! Dr. M Patel, Dr Byers and Tesa are the best! Love them!
I absolutely love Dr.Miller, and the staff. He will reprimand you for those bad habits but its all in love!
Dr Byers is great. St Francis sucks as a hospital, not listening to patients. I left St Francis, drove to EAMC, where they correctly diagnosed me with a heart attack, troponin being 27, and operated.
