I've purchased a few cars from Columbus Auto Resale and have been very please with the vehicles and with all the salesmen that work there. They are very nice and will work with you to get the vehicle you want. Even the salesmen that have nothing to do with your purchase will make you feel at home and stand around and shoot the shit with you while your waiting. I bought a car from Nick just under a couple years ago. The car is fantastic, still runs great and all the people at Columbus Auto Resale were great. I was disappointed in that they told me if I sent them a customer I would get $100. I did send someone, they bought a SUV, and I never got a dime or even a thank you �.
I bought my jeep from there and it was having problems 3 months after I bought it. And i took it back into them to see if I could get a new vehicle or if they could try to fix it. They went and fixed my jeep with no out of pocket expense to me and they took the time to get the parts from put of state where they knew the parts would be a lot better than locally. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I have personally bought 3 cars from here. Great friendly environment, the salesmen were very helpful. I bought all three from tanner Calland and will continue to buy my cars from him in the future. I would recommend the dealership and tanner to anyone. Thank you!
My wife got a vehicle from them and no sooner than we got it the axel had to be worked on then the brakes were paper thin , the rotors had to be done. She hasn't even had it a year and now there is a leak in the radiator which I will say could've just happened as there was no clear evidence of a coolant leak when we got it. But we just took it in to get the muffler checked out since it just started to get really loud and we found out, the whole thing is all rusted and breaking apart... and they say they don't sell lemons... ... read more
