I am only posting this review to get some things off my chest and into the open for other people considering a breast reduction. I have to say I am very pleased with the office staff, they were always friendly, comforting, and walked me through each process. However I am not as pleased with my surgeon who did my bilateral reduction. I felt that the doctor pressured me into going too small, and I thought that they would know best, but am now left very unhappy. Dr Heck is awesome. Very thorough and does an excellent job.
Dr. Heck and his incredible staff made me feel comfortable during my visits. They make you feel as if you're their only patient, such individualized care. Dr. Heck performed surgery on me after I lost over 300 pounds (excess skin removal, tummy tuck, removed my excess breasts -\-\ Im male so they were ALL excess) and made me look amazing. That was 12 years ago and I'm still SUPER PLEASED. So pleased that a year ago he operated on my wife (tummy/lipo/sculpting) after she lost a ton of weight. I have nothing but positive things to say about him as a doctor and a person. He's professional, talented, and honest. He's got a great bedside manner and truly cares about his patients.
