Columbine is the best mortgage team out there. Incredibly knowledgeable and approachable with supreme flexibility around schedules and deadlines. Our recent purchase with them was made so much easier due to their talents and we would not have been able to get into our new home without them. I would recommend Merle and his team over anyone else in the business.
