I came here thinking I had a hearing problem but actually thought they would tell me I was fine and to come back in 20 years when I REALLY need them. Turns out, I need hearing aids now to improve the clarity and to reduce the effects of tinnitus. Brenda explained all of the assessments and how hearing aids would benefit me. She is incredibly accommodating of my work schedule, and spends as much time as I need at appointments to help me feel comfortable with the hearing aids.
