Don't ever rent from this realty company. The people in this company are scam artist/slumlords. The first day I moved in I notice that the place they gave me was roach infested and the kitchen was very dirty. They gave me and my family the run around. which was not worth it. The refrigerator had dead roaches also didn't work over 200 in food went bad. the stove was really old as hell and some of the eyes worked. I love this company, the girls in the office are very nice and helpful. I had to move pretty fast and they made it happen for me and my family. Anytime I need something done they send someone out immediately to address the problem. . This is an awesome group of people. . I could not have made a better decision. I am very satisfied.
I would not rent from these people. Repairs take forever to get fixed. It flooded here about three weeks ago, they have yet to send some one out to look at it. The ceiling had actually swollen and looked like a balloon that was blown up. Been keeping Clorox on it til I can move in case it is mold.
