Im renting a decent apartment in a Se Portland going on 3 years at a affordable price.No bugs,super fast repairs if needed.But they do nothing if the people next door steal your car on video, do drugs in the parking lot,sent several emails to Columbia care requesting they would do something about the guy that brakes into cars that lives in our complex.And was promised they would take care of it but 3 months later and the thief is still here.There conduct is professional and responses to my questions are met with a prompt rep... read more
