Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Hype - Sirata Beach Resort Stayed two nights with family and won’t be returning. Front desk staff were more interested in their phones than helping guests. The hotel is very dated despite claims of recent renovations—our room felt old, and the tub floor was so soft it felt unsafe. Definitely not Hilton quality, despite what they suggest, and Hilton Honors will NOT HONOR your stay if you book with the hotel . Had a issue at on of the properties they own and almost a year later no follow up.... This after a last called and said she would personally reach out
Maryann Gagliardi the Risk/Claims Manager is unable and unwilling to offer any type of solution for my stolen items that were taken from my room at Hilton Clearwater Beach resort. in other words so refuses to do her job. She and her 'thorough investigation' were unable to take any responsibility or hold any parties involved responsible for the lack of care and treatment of guests. Instead she choose to blame me and my husband for eating at an off property restaurant and taking an uber - so we must of left our items elsewhere... read more
