Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Hype - Sirata Beach Resort Stayed two nights with family and won’t be returning. Front desk staff were more interested in their phones than helping guests. The hotel is very dated despite claims of recent renovations—our room felt old, and the tub floor was so soft it felt unsafe. Definitely not Hilton quality, despite what they suggest, and Hilton Honors will NOT HONOR your stay if you book with the hotel .
