I went in today for some cat food and to possibly check it out to consider bringing my cats in at some point. I was ignored for about 10 minutes as I stood at the desk waiting to pay for a can of food. When it was my turn, I asked if they would be open to ordering specific food. She asks if I was a client. I said not yet. I got an “uh- huh”, a frown, and a sharp response and quick dismissal as I was not (yet) a client. I was more of an inconvenience for her and not welcome.
