I felt well cared for. My only 2 complaints are 1) my meds were not given in the time frames that my doctor had me take them, especially my blood pressure meds. 2) when I needed to use the toilet I rang for help with plenty of time to spare. I always ended up going in my Depends because it took someone so long to answer my call
They provided me with quality care and patience
The nurses, doctors and staff were absolutely wonderful. I felt I got the very best care possible. Starting with the ER Dr who was especially kind and truthful then the floor Dr was equally attentive. The nurses and CNA’s were great. Thank you for the excellent care.
My dad is currently in-patient here and we have witnessed some of the most atrocious negligence we have ever seen in healthcare. My dad has a fistula, so no IVs or labs are to be drawn from the arm with the port, and yet there were two attempts made during his stay so far to access that arm. Nothing was documented and no precautions were made to prevent access to that arm until we intervened and only because of that, he now has a bracelet on.
