This neighborhood is ran by unruly and disrespectful children.. my vehicles have been broken into on numerous of occasions. Those reviews are fake returned favors to land ppl into these apartments!
These reviews are fake and paid for. Tykerria does not work there anymore because the same people that residents were complaining about to her and management for months broke into her car. Instead of taking the advice that she gave us when we complained she left. These apartments are outdated and terrible. The current landlord is an old mean lady that doesn’t care and that’s why these apartments will continue to plummet. These are the slums now. When management stopped caring the residents did too. I wish to rate this place a 0 if I could!! The maintenance is horrible! These reviews are paid if you are looking for a place to stay. The maintenance changes a lot and the owner changed. I tried to get to the front of the building and the owner told me "Well this is Atlanta sooo." And my family were pissed! The breezeway is bad. It's UNWANTED cats running around when it's a non animal place. In the back of the building, at the 7000s building there are cars fighting over a parking spot and they aren't even accessible!!
