The maintenance man is Mr. A. J. A Request Order was put in because the refrigerator ice maker was not working. To me I thought we needed another refrigerator. Mr. A. J. showed up on the scene and I just knew he was going to take that refrigerator out of the apartment and replace it with another refrigerator. To my surprise Mr. A.
