I lived at this property for six years (November 2018 - November 2024)! Approximately 7 months later after moving, I have yet to receive my deposit. I notified management and was told she was following up with an email twice. Finally, I contacted the cooperate office to check the status. The young lady took all my information, to include my current address. After not receiving my refund, I called the cooperate office again to check the status.
