I have rented storage space from several facilities of the years, but Columbia Self Storage is the best so far. Their rates are reasonable, the facility is clean and well maintained. But the service you receive from Jeanne, the manager, is impeccable. She runs the Middletown location like a well-oiled machine. She is professional and personable. The storage buildings have state-of-the-art security. I have been renting there for four years and highly recommend them.
Having used several different facilities over the years, we determined that, for our overflow storage needs, this is DEFINITELY a KEEPER!!!! Easy in, easy out and the most EXCELLENT service!!!!!
Having used several self-storage facilities in the past, I was pleasantly suprised when I inquired about a unit at your facility. Jeanne was absolutely warm and friendly, and offered me several options to suit my needs. The grounds were well kept and the units were very clean and dry. I would highly recommend Columbia to anyone looking to store their belongings in a safe and clean environment!!!
I have been using Columbia self storage for about 9 years and I haven't had no problems I'm very happy there because it's very clean and Jeanne the manager is very helpful and if you need anything she is there for you she's great .
